How to Reschedule a US Visa Appointment in the UAE

Got a date that is too far away, or your plans changed? You can move your US visa interview on the official appointment portal — but there are limits, so plan each change carefully.

Where to reschedule

Sign in to your profile on the official UAE appointment portal (ais.usvisa-info.com) and open the reschedule option. Available dates for Dubai and Abu Dhabi are shown there.

Watch the reschedule limit

The portal may limit how many times you can reschedule before a new fee is required. Read the warning on screen before confirming any change.

Tips before you click confirm

Check carefully:

  • The new date really is earlier or better for you
  • You have the right post selected (Dubai or Abu Dhabi)
  • Your documents will be ready by the new date
  • You save or print the new appointment letter

Getting help

Some applicants use a private consultant to watch for openings and guide the process. No one can promise a specific date. Always confirm current rules on the official US Department of State and US Embassy UAE websites, as requirements and fees can change.
