Raghav Tangri ConciergePer applicant: AED 100 upfront + AED 900 after booking. Government visa fees are separate.

Why you can't wait
We watch the US visa appointment system for Dubai and Abu Dhabi around the clock, so a cancelled slot becomes your interview date instead of someone else's.

When a cancellation appears, hundreds of applicants refresh at once. The first one to click wins it. Our watchers are already there.
Most earlier dates appear in the early-morning hours UAE time — exactly when nobody is checking. We are.
Travel plans, university deadlines, job start dates. A month-earlier interview can change everything. Don't leave it to luck.
Name, city, your current interview date and the window you actually need — two minutes on WhatsApp.
After your case review, pay the non-refundable processing fee to begin assistance. This is part of your AED 1,000 total.
We work on finding an earlier date within your agreed window. Availability is controlled by the consulate, not guaranteed by us.
Receive your earlier appointment confirmation, then pay the remaining AED 900. AED 1,000 total per applicant.

Raghav has personally worked with more than 1,000 applicants — families, students and professionals — helping them move months-long US visa appointment waits into earlier interview dates. Every case is handled the same way: your current date and travel window go into the tracker, the portal is checked around the clock, and you hear about an earlier slot the moment it is confirmed.
No call centre, no juniors, no upsells. The person whose face is on this page is the person helping with your dates. Start with AED 100; the remaining AED 900 is due only after an earlier appointment is booked. The processing fee is non-refundable.

Whether your USA visa appointment is booked in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, we monitor the official portal for earlier interview dates in both cities.
Interviews at the US Consulate General Dubai. We track B1/B2 visitor, F1 student and H1B work appointment slots on the ustraveldocs portal for Dubai and reschedule to the earliest date that fits your travel window.
Interviews at the US Embassy Abu Dhabi. Slots in Abu Dhabi often open separately from Dubai, so we watch both cities for every applicant and take whichever opens first.
What we track for you
| Location | Appointment type | What we watch for |
|---|---|---|
| Dubai | B1/B2 Visitor | Slots appear most often late night & early morning |
| Dubai | F1 Student | Priority student windows before intake season |
| Abu Dhabi | B1/B2 Visitor | Cancellations released through the day |
| Abu Dhabi | H1B / Work | Limited slots, move fast when they open |
| Dubai / Abu Dhabi | Dropbox / waiver | Document drop-off dates tracked too |
Timings are based on what our team observes on the portal. Actual availability is decided by the consulate and can change at any time.

Visa guide
The questions every US visa applicant in the UAE asks before interview day — answered plainly, with links to the official US government sources behind every detail.
Bring a passport valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates, your DS-160 confirmation page, your appointment confirmation letter, one 2x2 inch photograph that meets the official requirements, and your MRV visa fee receipt. Carry supporting documents for your purpose of travel in original form where possible.
The photo must be 2x2 inches (51x51 mm), taken within the last six months, with a plain white background and your full face visible with a neutral expression. If the photo you uploaded with the DS-160 is rejected, bring a printed copy that meets these rules to your interview.
Common documents include proof of your trip purpose (invitation letter, conference registration, holiday itinerary), evidence of funds, an employment or business letter, and evidence of ties such as UAE residence, family or property. The consular officer decides what to review — bring more rather than less, and make sure everything is truthful.
Bring your I-20 issued by the US school, the SEVIS fee receipt, DS-160 confirmation, admission letter, financial evidence covering tuition and living costs, and academic transcripts or certificates. Be ready to explain your study plan and why you chose the school.
Bring the I-797 approval notice, your employment offer or employer letter, DS-160 confirmation, and documents supporting your qualifications such as degrees, CV and prior employment letters. Dependents (H4/L2) should bring marriage and birth certificates.
Know your trip inside out: purpose, dates, who is paying, and where you will stay. Answer the officer's questions briefly and truthfully — rehearse a one-line answer for your purpose of travel. Arrive about 15 minutes early with your appointment confirmation.
The interview itself is usually only a few minutes. The officer verifies your documents, takes fingerprints and asks a small number of questions. Long queues outside do not mean a long interview.
Typical questions cover your purpose of travel, trip duration, who funds the trip, your job or studies, family ties, and previous travel or visa history. Answer directly and honestly — inconsistencies matter far more than short answers.
Electronics such as phones, laptops and smart watches are generally not allowed inside consular buildings, and large bags may also be restricted. Check the guidance on your appointment letter before you travel and keep your belongings to a minimum.
Yes. Family members applying together are normally interviewed at the same window at the same time, so book all applications under one group where the portal allows it.
Many approved visas are printed and returned through the courier partner within a few working days, but timing is not guaranteed. Some cases need additional administrative processing, which can add weeks. Track your passport status in your portal account.
It is additional review of a case after the interview. If you receive a 221(g) letter, follow its instructions exactly — some cases only need more documents, others simply need time. The consulate does not publish a fixed timeline for it.
Use the official CEAC status check on the US Department of State website and enter your DS-160 confirmation number. Administrative processing shows as 'Refused' until the case clears — that does not mean a final refusal.
The MRV fee is generally valid for 365 days from the date of payment for scheduling an interview. Confirm the exact validity shown in your official portal account, and reschedule within that window so the fee is not forfeited.
Validity depends on your nationality, not your residence. Many passports issued in the UAE receive a 10-year multiple-entry B1/B2 visa, but the exact validity for your country is set by the US reciprocity schedule.
We link only to the US government itself — no third-party forums, no guesswork.
Not sure which documents apply to your case? Send your visa type and current appointment date — we'll tell you what to prepare and keep watching for an earlier interview date at the same time.
Ask on WhatsAppGeneral guidance only — official rules and decisions come from the US Department of State and the embassy or consulate handling your case. This service is independent and is not affiliated with the US government.
57 answers on US visa appointment availability, wait times, rescheduling, family quotes and interview day in the UAE.
Our team checks the official US visa appointment portal (ustraveldocs) for Dubai and Abu Dhabi throughout the day and night, including the early-morning window when cancellations and new interview slots usually appear.
B1/B2 visitor visa interview waits in Dubai and Abu Dhabi have ranged from a few weeks to several months depending on the season. Student (F1) and work (H1B) cases often move faster. We track the live portal daily, so tell us your case and we'll tell you what we're seeing.
Slots appear when other applicants cancel or reschedule, or when the consulate releases new interview capacity. There is no fixed schedule, which is exactly why continuous tracking beats checking once a day.
Openings are most common in the early morning and late night UAE time, and often in short bursts that disappear within minutes. We watch across those windows so you don't have to stay awake.
Sometimes yes, when a cancellation lands in your window. It depends entirely on consulate availability at that moment. We tell you honestly what we are seeing before you commit.
The consulate offers an emergency appointment request for genuine urgent cases such as medical treatment, a funeral or urgent business travel. You apply through the official portal with evidence; we can still track regular earlier slots in parallel.
Demand in the UAE is very high and the calendar is often shown as full. Earlier dates still surface throughout the day as other applicants cancel, which is what our tracking is designed to catch.
Cancellations by other applicants can appear at any time, including weekends, but new consular capacity is generally released on working days.
The portal usually shows dates for several months ahead. The furthest date is easy to get; the nearest date is the one worth tracking.
It is a service that monitors the appointment calendar continuously and acts the moment an earlier interview date appears, instead of relying on you refreshing the portal manually.
Yes. Summer holidays, year-end travel and the student intake seasons push waits out considerably, so tracking matters most in those months.
The US Consulate General Dubai handles visa interviews for applicants in Dubai and the northern emirates. Your interview location is shown on your appointment confirmation.
The US Embassy Abu Dhabi conducts visa interviews for applicants in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. Confirm the exact address on your official appointment letter before you travel.
Yes, applicants in the UAE can usually choose either interview location. We track both and take whichever gives you the earliest confirmed date.
It changes week to week. Sometimes Abu Dhabi clears faster, sometimes Dubai. Tracking both locations at once is the practical answer.
UAE residents normally apply in the UAE. Visitors can apply as third-country nationals, though consulates may prioritise residents. Share your status and we'll advise.
Yes. Applicants across the emirates interview at Dubai or Abu Dhabi, and we track both for you.

Yes, J1 and J2 interviews are tracked in the same way as other non-immigrant categories.
We can track these too. Mention the category in your enquiry so we monitor the right calendar.
If you qualify for interview waiver (dropbox), the process is document submission rather than an interview slot. We can advise and track document drop dates where the portal shows them.
Immigrant and K1 interviews are scheduled by the National Visa Center rather than the standard appointment calendar, so tracking works differently. Contact us and we'll be straight with you about what's possible.
Send your details for review, then pay the AED 100 non-refundable processing fee to begin appointment assistance. When an earlier appointment within your agreed window is booked, we send the confirmation and the remaining AED 900 is due. AED 1,000 total per applicant; earlier dates are not guaranteed.
The portal limits how many times an appointment can be rescheduled. We use those attempts carefully and only move you to a date that is genuinely better.
No. We only move you when a confirmed earlier date is secured. You are never left without an appointment.
As soon as it is confirmed, by WhatsApp, with the new date, time and interview location.

Name, contact number, city, visa type, your current appointment date and the earliest and latest dates you can travel.
We can, provided the interview is scheduled at a UAE post. Share the details and we'll confirm.
If no earlier date is found, no AED 900 booking balance is due. The AED 100 processing fee covers work on your case and is non-refundable. Paying the processing fee does not guarantee an earlier appointment.
We can point you to the official DS-160 process and check that your confirmation number matches your appointment, but the form must be completed truthfully by the applicant.
Appointment assistance begins only once you register with Global Migratz and pay the AED 100 non-refundable processing fee.
